Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching provides consistent, compassionate support to guide you through your mental health recovery journey.
We focus on helping you strengthen your independence, resilience, and confidence in daily life — empowering you to take steady, achievable steps toward meaningful change.Having recently devised our program structure, and intended service outcomes, we work alongside you to set purposeful goals, build coping strategies, and enhance social and community connections. Each session is designed to help you rebuild a sense of identity and direction, with practical tools to support ongoing growth. This is done through working on a document together that follows your journey, and strengthens the team around you to provide the best chance of successfully reaching the goals you have set out.
Our approach follows trauma-informed care, and is done through a strength focused lens. We are here to empower you to make positive decisions, not make them on your behalf.

Our Support Coordination service helps you understand, implement, and get the most from your NDIS plan.
We’re here to connect with the right providers to assist in building your capacity to manage supports, and overcome barriers that may impact your progress. We also work in collaboration with your providers to ensure your care team is working in unison to provide the best outcomes possible for you. We are here to take away all the administrative related stress, such as budget allocations and tracking so you can focus your energy and time into engaging in supports, activities and therapies that improve your overall quality of life and capacity.
For participants with more complex needs, our Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) offers higher-level support coordination delivered by experienced practitioners who can navigate multi-disciplinary teams, crisis situations, and complex service environments with compassion and expertise. -
Our Holistic Wellbeing Mentoring is a private service designed to support women navigating chronic illness, pain, hormonal conditions, and the emotional load that often comes with navigating complex health challenges and having to advocate for your health and wellbeing.
Grounded in lived experience, this service offers gentle, practical guidance to help you build balance, confidence, and self-connection.
Beyond one-on-one mentoring, The Whole Woman is growing into a connected community: a safe space to learn, share experiences, and access supportive resources. Through utilisation of different platforms for accessibility, such as instagram, we’re creating a place where women feel less alone and find a sense of community and understanding with like minded individuals. This is a non-NDIS funded service
